The following tasks await you:
- Verify concept for molding single and multicomponent molds, based on CAD data and material data sheet
- Design cooling in core and cavity for hot runner molds for running mold flow studies
- Provide output to the designer to achieve the best cycle time with a stable process in molding
- Conduct design reviews internally and externally based on moldflow output
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a background in molding
- Preferably professional experience in a comparable role
- Good PC skills in handling 3D Moldex and CAD Software NX
- A very smart, structured way of working and precision to achieve successful designs
- Good knowledge of English
- Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team
- Ready to work shifts
