- Guide and coordinate the design team in the field of mold construction
- Technical and disciplinary management of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and the other designs
- Prioritization and monitoring of the design implementation according to economic and quality requirements
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring their adherence
- Further development of the department regarding effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines
- Support project engineering in the development of proposal concepts
- Support for mold construction at ZAHORANSKY India
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Experience in the field of medical technology is an advantage
- Leadership and assertiveness, confident and competent demeanor
