- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and the other design teams
- Prioritization and oversight of the constructive implementation according to economic and quality guidelines
- Responsible for coordinating deadlines with production, sales, and manufacturing, and ensuring their adherence
- Advancement of the department in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, profitability, and deadline compliance
- Supporting project engineering in the creation of proposal concepts
- Support of the mold construction at ZAHORANSKY India
