Your Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate the design team in the field of mold making
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the design team
- Close coordination with customers, sales, production, and manufacturing
- Close coordination with the management of the technical department and the other design teams
- Prioritizing and monitoring the constructive implementation according to economic and quality guidelines
- Responsible for coordinating schedules with production, sales, and manufacturing and ensuring adherence
- Further development of the department in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and schedule adherence
- Support project engineering in the creation of sales proposal concepts
- Support the mold construction team at ZAHORANSKY India
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Experience in the medical technology sector is advantageous
- Leadership and assertiveness, confident and competent demeanor
- Strong communication skills, teamwork
- High flexibility, willingness to perform, and customer orientation
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Friendly demeanor, enjoyment of teamwork
- English language skills, both spoken and written
