Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including job clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Conducting assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and conversion operations on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer as well as internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge and/or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional appearance in direct customer contact
