Your Tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools, as well as planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, systems, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal trainings
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions on machines, systems, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal specialist departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting on the optimization of machine processes
The Suitable Requirements Are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and high solution orientation when dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured work approach as well as high self-motivation
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel extensively both nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
