Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including clarification of orders, provision of spare parts and tools, and planning of travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification assignments on machines, plants, and molds
- Creation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training
- Telephone and written analysis and resolution of malfunctions in machines, plants, and molds
- Recording, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in collaboration with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting to optimize machine processes
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed Apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker, or a comparable technical qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High national and international willingness to travel (up to 70%)
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Sound electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in direct customer contact
