Your tasks:
- Preparation and organization of assembly assignments including order clarification, provision of spare parts and tools as well as planning travel activities
- Execution of assembly, commissioning, maintenance, repair and modification assignments on machines, systems and molds
- Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training materials
- Conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal training sessions
- Telephone and written analysis and clarification of malfunctions in machines, systems and molds
- Recording, processing and documentation of customer inquiries
- Technical coordination in cooperation with internal departments and external product specialists
- Support of Global Service/Sales through technical expertise
- Customer and internal consulting for the optimization of machine processes
The suitable requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or additional languages is an advantage
- Pronounced customer orientation and high solution orientation in dealing with technical issues
- Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid Class B driving license
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge or corresponding authorizations
- Confident, friendly and professional appearance in direct customer contact
