Your tasks
- Supporting and advising the departments in patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Supporting the external office in the formulation of patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Resolving protection rights matters
- Mediating between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters relating to inventions and patents
- Participating in the granting of licenses for own protective rights and/or the acquisition of licenses for third-party protective rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in trade associations regarding protection rights matters
The suitable qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good English skills
