Your Responsibilities
- Providing support and advice to the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Supervision of the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters concerning inventions and patents
- Cooperating in granting licenses for own intellectual property rights or acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation with trade associations in intellectual property matters
The Appropriate Requirements Are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good English language skills
- Opportunities for further training in industrial property rights available
