Your Tasks
- Support and consultation for the departments on patent law issues as well as the execution of patent research
- Support of the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, departments and external patent attorneys regarding invention and patent issues
- Participation in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations in intellectual property matters
The Suitable Prerequisites Are:
- Successfully completed university degree in the technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
