Your responsibilities
- Support and advice of the specialized departments on patent-related issues as well as the conduct of patent research
- Support of the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of protection rights matters
- Mediation between management, specialized departments and external patent attorneys regarding invention and patent matters
- Participation in the granting of licenses for own protection rights or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in economic associations on protection rights matters
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in the technical field
- Communication and team skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Willingness to commit and flexibility
- Good English skills
- Future training opportunities in industrial property protection possible
