Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise the departments on patent law matters as well as conducting patent research
- Support of the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Resolution of intellectual property issues
- Mediation between management, departments, and external patent attorneys regarding invention and patent matters
- Assisting in granting licenses for own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at trade associations in intellectual property matters
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
- Opportunities for further training in industrial property rights available
