Your tasks
- Supporting and advising the departments in patent law matters as well as conducting patent research
- Assisting the external office in drafting patent applications and securing patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of protection rights issues
- Mediating between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patents
- Contributing to the granting of licenses for own protection rights or the acquisition of licenses for third-party protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation with economic associations in protection rights matters
The right qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university studies in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
