Your Tasks
- Providing support and advice to the technical departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Coordinating with the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Clarifying issues regarding intellectual property rights
- Mediating between management, technical departments and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patent law
- Contributing to the licensing of own intellectual property rights or acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in economic associations on intellectual property matters
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable work style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good English language skills
- Future opportunities for further training in industrial property rights available
