Your Responsibilities
- Providing support and advice to the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Supervising the external office for the formulation of patent applications and the acquisition of patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Liaising between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of inventions and patents
- Participation in the granting of licenses for your own intellectual property rights or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in trade associations regarding intellectual property matters
The appropriate requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in the technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable work style
- Willingness to work and flexibility
- Good command of English
- Future training opportunities in industrial property rights possible
