Your Tasks
- Support and advice for the specialist departments in patent-related matters as well as the conduct of patent searches
- Supervision of the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Liaising between management, specialist departments, and external patent attorneys on issues of inventions and patents
- Collaborating in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property rights or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations in intellectual property matters
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
- Future opportunities for further training in industrial property protection are possible
