Your tasks
- Providing support and advice to the departments on patent-related matters as well as conducting patent searches
- Managing the external firm for formulating patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Clarifying intellectual property matters
- Mediating between management, departments, and external patent attorneys in matters of invention and patents
- Participating in the granting of licenses for in-house intellectual property rights or the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations on intellectual property matters
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good command of English
