Your tasks
- Providing support and advice to the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Supporting the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Handling protection rights issues
- Mediating between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of inventions and patent law
- Participating in the granting of licenses for in-house protection rights or in acquiring licenses for external protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at industry associations on protection rights matters
The appropriate qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good English skills
