Your Responsibilities
- Support and consultation of the specialist departments in patent law issues as well as conducting patent research
- Support of the external office in drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Liaison between management, specialist departments, and external patent attorneys on issues of invention and patent law
- Participation in the granting of licenses for own intellectual property rights or in the acquisition of licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at business associations in intellectual property matters
The Applicable Qualifications Are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of work experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable work style
- Willingness to commit and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
