Your Tasks
- Support and advice for the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Support of the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, departments and external patent attorneys in matters of invention and patent law
- Assistance in granting licenses for own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in intellectual property matters in industry associations
The suitable qualifications are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Commitment and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
