Your Responsibilities
- Supporting and advising the specialist departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent research
- Liaising with the external office for formulating patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of protection rights matters
- Mediation between management, specialist departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of invention and patents
- Collaborating in granting licenses for proprietary protection rights or acquiring licenses for third-party protection rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at industry associations on protection rights matters
The suitable requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Readiness and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English
