Your tasks
- Supporting and advising the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Managing the external office for drafting patent applications and obtaining patents
- Managing the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediating between management, departments, and external patent attorneys on matters of inventions and patents
- Assisting in the granting of licenses for in-house intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation at industry associations in intellectual property matters
The appropriate requirements are:
- Successfully completed university degree in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Willingness to commit and flexibility
- Good command of English
