Your Responsibilities
- Support and advice to the departments on patent law issues as well as conducting patent searches
- Support of the external office in the formulation of patent applications and obtaining patents
- Management of the patent portfolio
- Clarification of intellectual property matters
- Mediation between management, departments, and external patent attorneys regarding inventions and patents
- Participation in granting licenses for own intellectual property rights or in acquiring licenses for third-party intellectual property rights
- Patent monitoring
- External representation in trade associations on intellectual property matters
The Right Qualifications Are:
- Successfully completed university studies in a technical field
- Communication and teamwork skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Willingness to commit and flexibility
- Good English skills
- Future training opportunities in industrial property protection possible
