Your Responsibilities
- Independent leadership and ensuring the successful and value-oriented implementation of customer projects in automated machinery and plant engineering
- Technical leadership of a cross-departmental project team within customer projects including initiation, management and moderation of project regular meetings and other coordination appointments
- Preparation, monitoring and ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and risk analyses based on relevant key performance indicators
- Creation and ensuring of project plans including relevant milestones in your projects
- Targeted and collaborative design of customer communication for value-oriented project realization using new technologies and innovative solutions
- Implementation of best practices in project management in close cooperation with the PMO leadership and the departments, including measures to increase efficiency and continuously improve the overall project execution
- Preparation of regular project status reports for documentation and transparent information of the PMO and management
- Collaboration with controlling to manage the projects
The Suitable Qualifications Are:
- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You bring relevant professional experience from a demanding project management role or comparable experience in a technical environment, ideally in the management and responsibility of complex customer projects in industry and/or consulting. Industry knowledge in medical technology and/or oral care is an advantage
- You have experience in cross-departmental collaboration at an operational level and are proficient in preparing the necessary information for decision-making
- You understand holistic processes and project execution and know how to act in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You are assertive and have experience in leading cross-departmental teams, motivating them to achieve outstanding results, always with the overarching goal of completing projects in a value- and customer-oriented manner
- You leverage your strong commercial and sales skills to understand customer needs and meet them in a value-oriented way
- A confident demeanor, a high degree of resilience, willingness to travel, as well as target group-appropriate communication skills in German and English, round off your profile
