Your responsibilities
- Independent leadership and ensuring the successful and value-oriented implementation of customer projects in automated machinery and plant construction
- Technical leadership of an interdepartmental project team within the scope of customer projects including initiation, control, and moderation of the project Jour Fixe and other management appointments
- Preparation, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and risk analyses based on relevant key performance indicators
- Development and ensuring of project plans including relevant milestones in your projects
- Targeted and collaborative design of customer communication for the value-oriented realization of projects using new technologies and innovative solutions
- Implementation of best practices in project management in close collaboration with PMO management and the specialist departments, including measures to increase efficiency and continuously improve overall project processing
- Preparation of regular project status reports for documentation and transparent information for PMO and executive management
- Collaboration with controlling for project management
The suitable prerequisites are:
- You have successfully completed studies in the fields of engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You bring relevant professional experience from a challenging project management role or comparable experience in a technical environment, ideally in the leadership and responsibility of complex customer projects in industry and/or consulting. Industry knowledge in medical technology and/or oral care is an advantage
- You have experience in cross-departmental collaboration at the operational level and are proficient in preparing the necessary information for decision-making
- You understand holistic processes and project management and know how to act in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You are assertive and have experience in the technical leadership of cross-departmental teams, motivating them to achieve outstanding performance, always with the overarching goal of concluding projects in a value- and customer-oriented manner
- You use your pronounced commercial and sales skills to understand customer needs and fulfill them in a value-oriented manner
- A confident appearance, a high level of resilience, willingness to travel, as well as target-appropriate communication skills in German and English round off your profile
