Your Tasks:
- Focus on HSC milling:
- Setting up, clamping, and operating 5-axis HSC milling machines (experience with Röders is an advantage)
- Machining hardened tool steels (52–62 HRC)
- Ensuring tight dimensional and form tolerances in the high-precision sector
- Independently clamping and machining complex components
- Optimizing milling strategies and machining processes
- Close collaboration with CAM programming and production planning
- Taking individual responsibility for quality control of the manufactured parts
- Confident handling of coordinate measuring machines and common measuring tools
- Focus on EDM:
- Setting up and operating sinker EDM machines
- Machining complex contours in tool and mold making
- Ensuring process-stable results
- Participating in technology and process optimization
- Independently performing quality control and documentation
The suitable prerequisites are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in tool or mold making
- Experience in HSC milling or EDM
- High awareness of quality and structured working methods
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Knowledge in the CAM area (e.g. Siemens NX or comparable)
- Experience with automation systems
- Knowledge in the respective other technology area
