Your tasks:
- Focus on HSC milling:
- Setting up, preparing and operating 5-axis HSC milling machines (Röders preferred)
- Machining hardened tool steels (52–62 HRC)
- Ensuring tight dimensional and form tolerances in the high-precision field
- Independent setup and machining-in of complex components
- Optimization of milling strategies and machining processes
- Close collaboration with CAM programming and work preparation
- Independent quality inspection of the manufactured components
- Confident handling of coordinate measuring machines and standard measuring tools
- Focus on EDM:
- Setting up and operating sinker EDM machines
- Machining complex contours in tool and mold making
- Ensuring process-stable results
- Contribution to technology and process optimization
- Independent quality inspection and documentation
The appropriate requirements are:
- Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, machining mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in tool or mold making
- Experience in HSC milling or EDM
- High quality awareness and a structured working style
- Independent working and team spirit
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Knowledge in the CAM area (e.g., Siemens NX or similar)
- Experience with automation systems
- Knowledge in the respective other technology area
