Your tasks:
- • Strategic and operational management of quality assurance within the company
- • Monitoring and improvement of all quality-related processes along the value chain
- • Development of product and product family strategy including roadmap and technical specifications
- • Analysis of quality metrics, initiation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures
- • Close coordination with production, development, and procurement to ensure the quality goals
- • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the QA team
The suitable prerequisites are:
- • Completed technical vocational training, ideally complemented by further education to become a master, technician, or a technical degree
- • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
- • Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as solid know-how in statistical analysis and testing procedures
- • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication capabilities
- • Very good knowledge in dealing with ERP systems and MS Office
- • Additional qualifications in the field of quality assurance, such as testing techniques and measurement methods, are desirable
- • Good English skills
